[Returning instructions]

3, Return and exchange must submit proof of purchase (receipt proof / remittance record)  according to the purchase method then provided to us with the receipt certificate / receipt documents, if the above steps are not raised we are unable to return the goods for you.

1. The tag has been cut, the product has been used or cleaned.
